If you are wondering how to rock a skirt during the Winter here is a little help. The biggest tip that I can give is to wear tights and shorts underneath to keep from freezing (Missouri weather is ridiculous)!!! Also try to find thermal tights and leg warmers (Target). I suggest buying a long peacoat in a fun color as well (Forever21). Winter coats and clothing are going on sale right now as businesses put out their Spring items, so take full advantage of SALES!!!
